STEP 1: Download The Fax App

Once you open your Fax mobile app, tap on your inbox and click on ‘new fax’ to start reading your received faxes. You can also open attachments, view, sign and forward your fax.
Please make sure that you are logged in to the application. You can change notification settings by following steps:
For Android: Open application -> Open Menu -> Notifications -> Select the toggle button for Attach Fax to Email as ON to receive your faxes as an email attachment.
